The Powers Of Spiritual Healing
Along with my spiritual healing services, I rely on my skills I obtained while receiving my Masters in Social Work. As an outcome of my own healing experience, I chose to take this additional training because I found healers were not always skilled in communicating effectively whereas therapists typically didn't completely understand the healing interplay between body issues and moving energy. Because of this challenge, I was motivated and determined to further extend my education to include professional counseling skills that encourages and empowers individuals to heal. As with any other form of healing treatment, it is important to arrange a time to be evaluated before determining what services will best fit your needs. In each visit, a portion of the services are directed toward coaching you into better health by providing information, feedback and coping skills to help address your personal needs.
Experience accelerated healing through Reiki or other spiritual healing techniques offered at Sacred Transformations. Our services offer a variety of healing avenues to set you on a path of betterment, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. All of our services can be provided effectively at a distance. We also recommend at least booking a 90 minute session. Browse our services and keep in mind your betterment is our highest priority.
- Wellness Coaching

For things such as early onset of pain, you may only need one treatment. For individuals with history of trauma’s, grief and emotional conflicts, it will be anticipated to schedule a minimum of six visits to explore your healing deeper to get to the root causes of your issues. The focus of the coaching will be spiritual in nature. Information and resources will also be provided to further your healing. Keep in mind that if you have a condition that has been present for years or multiple conditions, it is unrealistic to assume that you will be healed in one or two visits. If you are seeking total healing, it requires patience as well as a commitment to consistently continue healing. Also, be aware that healing is like peeling back the layers of an onion. As one issue resolves, an older one might come to the surface. This is the nature of healing.
A treatment plan that is tailored to your needs...
I understand client concerns about treatments continuing indefinitely. Therefore, in the coaching portion of the visit, we will discuss and create a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. This will provide a focus for our work meeting your goals that are identifiable in steps. This will reinforce your accomplishments on the healing path and empower your ability to see if these services are productively meeting your needs.
*Note, that it is typically at the Masters level of education where therapists are trained in counseling skills. I share this because I have found healers making claims of having a Bachelor’s in psychology with the implication that they have this type of training or are calling themselves coaches without any professional training.
- Reiki Spiritual Healing Sessions

These healing sessions include a body, mind and spirit assessment to identify the client's needs as well as to begin identifying the root cause of the disharmonies in a person's life. After an initial assessment, energy healing is performed. Oftentimes, during the energy work, clients will normally experience a state of relaxation and a release from tension and/or pain. During this state, it is not unusual for feelings and unconscious information to surface, which promotes clarity in the healing process. Clients typically leave feeling blissful and restful after a session.
- Shamanic Soul Retrieval & Journey Work

In this work, I will connect with my spirit guides and allow them to do the healing work. This work is done for those who are experiencing deep emotional pain, chronic health issues and on-going misfortune. The journey work will be up to my spirit guides. But things that commonly can occur in a journey is the retrieval of soul parts and spirit allys along with healing information from your souls past that provides insight into your current problems. The goal of journey work is to aid you into feeling spiritual wholeness that leads you into a new sense of purpose and joy in life.
- Psychic Extraction Work

This work can accelerate healing in a number of ways. Studies have shown that 80% of the population experience contact with the decease, but when this contact remains intense and continual it can leave one stuck in the grieving process. Soldiers can also benefit from this work.
Traditionally, Native Americans view PTSD as a spiritual illness caused by the decease enemy attaching to the soldier out of vengeance. Psychic extraction work can also sever energetic cords that get created through sexual encounters and/or anger. Oftentimes, this work can help those become unstuck from dysfunctional relationships as well as aiding in the restoration of power for rape victims.
- Transitioning Journey Work

This service is also based on shamanic journey work. The journey will assist people to cross over at the time of death. Transitioning work can be used to assist those in comas to determine whether to come back into their body or to transition over to the other side. Transition journey work is also used for the living who are suffering deep grief over the loss of a love one.
- Manifestation Healing Session

These sessions begin by helping the client clearly identify what they intend to manifest. Energy work is performed that requires both the client and healer to be active participants. These sessions will help train the individual in manifestation techniques that aids them in obtaining their desires as well as shifting the individuals vibrational frequency which is crucial in this work.

Help A Friend or Family Member Heal
Under certain circumstances Reiki 1 will be taught to those who are addressing chronic health conditions and do not intend to work on others. Reiki 1 will also be given to those who want to provide healing to loved ones going through life threatening conditions or are transitioning. In each case, 2-3 follow up visits are required.
